Virtual Public Meeting: Thursday, October 23, 2025 (5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m.)


The project includes the widening of Old Lake Wilson Road from a 2-lane roadway to a 4-lane divided facility from CR 532 to Sinclair Road, a distance of approximately 2.5 miles. Osceola County will improve the segment from CR 532 to Assembly Court while FDOT will improve the segment from Assembly Court to Sinclair Road, including the bridge over Interstate 4, as part of FDOT's Moving Florida Forward improvements. Both the County and FDOT segments will include the addition of bicycle and pedestrian features along the corridor.

Osceola County’s segment will also include:

  • Addition of a traffic signal at Spine Road
  • Upgrade of existing culvert to bridge at Davenport Creek
  • Improvements to drainage systems and stormwater ponds
  • Upgrades to the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
  • Addition of street lighting
  • Landscape considerations
