    Where is Las Margaritas located?

    The development is located at 140 Oakwood Drive in Osceola County, Florida.

    Are applications open now?

    No. Applications for Las Margaritas are not currently open. The County anticipates opening the application process later this fall. Please check this page for the official announcement.

    Who can apply?

    The development is intended for seniors age 62 and older who meet the applicable income (AMI at or below 60%) and program requirements.

    Is there an income requirement?

    Yes. Household income must generally be 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). Specific income limits will depend on household size and the applicable program requirements.

    How many units will be available?

    Las Margaritas will include nine (9) one-bedroom units.

    Can I apply now or get on a waiting list?

    The application process has not yet opened. The County will provide additional information, including application instructions and the opening date, when it becomes available.
