Affordable Housing Opportunity for Osceola County Seniors
Osceola County is investing in new affordable housing opportunities for seniors through the development of Las Margaritas, a new affordable senior housing community located at 140 Oakwood Drive.
The development will provide nine one-bedroom housing units along with a clubhouse and shared outdoor spaces designed to create a welcoming, comfortable community for residents.
The project is part of Osceola County's continued efforts to expand attainable and affordable housing opportunities for residents.
Construction, design, and site work are being supported by Cavco, Arnco Construction, Marlin Construction, and Osceola Engineering.
Who Will Be Eligible?
Las Margaritas will be intended for Osceola County residents age 62 and older who meet the applicable income requirements.
To be eligible, applicants must:
Be 62 years of age or older.
Have a household income at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on applicable household size and program requirements.
Meet all other eligibility requirements established for the development.
