Partin Settlement Road Widening

Widening and reconstruction of the current two-lane Partin Settlement Road from CR 525 (Neptune Road) to Lakeshore Boulevard into a four-lane roadway, covering approximately 2.7 miles.

A Part ‘A’ alternatives study was conducted to consider different alignments and Part ‘B’ included the design of a preferred alignment. The study and final design plans can be viewed from the Documents section of this page.

This project includes

• Construction of a four-lane divided roadway with multi-modal accommodations
• Improvements to associated drainage systems and storm water ponds
• Modifications to signalized intersections at Neptune Road, Cross Prairie Parkway, US 192, and Lakeshore Boulevard
• Upgrades to the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
• Modification / replacement of double box bridge culvert over Fish Lake Canal
• Street lighting
• Landscaping considerations
