This project will take the surface water model from the Master Surface Water Management Plan and increase storm intensities within the model over the next 50 years to identify vulnerabilities within Osceola’s critical infrastructure including water and sewer, stormwater, roads, and hospitals. The results of this study will be used to target areas for improvement and to apply for future grant funding to address vulnerabilities. Funding for this project was provided by Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
