Sylewood Boulevard and Canoe Creek Reserve

This Osceola County project, in partnership with KB Home Orlando LLC, will construct Sylewood Boulevard, a new 1.46-mile extension of Mildred Bass Road crossing Canoe Creek Road to provide access to the upcoming Canoe Creek Reserve community.

The planned four-lane roadway extension will be built within approximately 41.65 acres of right of way and will intersect Fanny Bass Lane along its east-west segment. In addition to new travel lanes, the project includes a sidewalk, a 12-foot-wide multiuse trail for pedestrians and cyclists, enhanced landscaping in the median and along the roadway, and significant gutter and drainage improvements.
