The Florida Department of Transportation inspects bridges within Osceola County every two (2) years. Using these bridge inspections in cooperation with a Bridge Master Plan, repairs are prioritized. Here is a list of projects currently underway and in development:

Hickory Tree over Alligator

Kempfer Road Culvert Replacement
Construction contract awarded.
Kings Highway
In procurement for construction.
Magnolia Court Bridge Replacement
Design is underway to replace this bridge. It is a single lane wooden bridge and is classified as scour critical. Osceola County has been awarded grant funding for Phase 1 funding (design).
Neptune over Bass Slough
Repair plans complete.
Nova Road over C-32 Canal
Construction starting Aug 19, 2024.
Nova Road over Econlockhatchee River
Construction starting Aug 19, 2024.
Nova Road over Taylor Creek
Construction starting Aug 19, 2024.
Old Lake Wilson Road
Repair project construction started.
Old Tampa Highway over Shingle Creek
