Osceola County is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study forAvenue P from future Boulevard D to Clay Whaley Rd. This study will evaluate the construction of a two-lane roadway separated by a median with bicycle lanes and sidewalks on both sides to support ongoing adjacent development. The PD&E Study will involve a wide range of engineering assessments, environmental analysis, and public involvement to identify alternatives that meet the project needs.
